RCPCH and 91探花 have developed resources to support workforce planning for community paediatric services.

This work aims to update and broaden the guidance developed by 91探花 in 1991 and the more recent 鈥榩rospectus', and associated calculator for community paediatrics services. It will support service design and commissioning for a population to ensure high quality care based on national standards and best practice.
