Introduction
Re-energising Academic Paediatrics - a joint Liverpool Institute of Child Health and Wellbeing and the Academic Paediatric Association of GB and Ireland (APA GBI) meeting - Thursday 16 & 17 April 2026
Thursday 16 April 2026: Day One will feature state of the art talks about the latest cutting edge research related to child health with a range of national speakers, as well as an APA members meeting in the afternoon
Friday 17 April 2026: Day Two will feature posters and talks from resident doctors, junior academics and scientists in training on paediatric related work, with prizes for posters and speakers.
We are keen to highlight the excellent research work being done by trainees/resident doctors with presentations on Friday 17th. Anyone interested please send a 250 word abstract (Introduction/Methods/Results/Conclusion) to: [email protected] and our panel will select those for oral presentation. All speakers will have their registration refunded and a discounted hotel rate made available.
